Easy access to all your admin information makes things breezy when you need to fill out a form or you're on the phone with customer service.

I keep the following within reach in one password-secured doc.

  • Company Name
  • EIN
  • State registration number
  • County/City business registration numbers
  • Out-of-state business registration numbers
  • Business address
  • Business bank name
  • Business bank routing number
  • Business bank account number
  • Business branch and address
  • Company email address
  • Date of incorporation
  • Entity type
  • Fiscal year
  • DOB
  • SSN
  • Residential address
  • Mailing address
  • Tax filing status
  • DL license number, including dates of issuance and expirati0n
  • Passport number, including dates of issuance and expiration
  • And anything else that will make your life easier to have in a centralized location.

I would also recommend, scanning corresponding docs, saving them to an admin folder or to the cloud so you can hyperlink right to the doc.

⏰ Reminders.

  • Monday, September 16, 2024: 4th 2024 payment estimated federal and state taxes are due.
  • Monday, September 16, 2024: Extended returns due for partnerships (including LLCs) and S-corp returns.
  • Tuesday, October 15, 2024: Extended personal returns (Form 1040) and C-corp returns are due + contributions to solo 401(k) plans or simplified employee pension (SEP) plans for 2023 by self-employed if you received a filing extension.
  • Tuesday, November 5, 2024: Election Day. Vote.
